Law firm to give free advice to businesses

BUSINESSES can get free legal advice at a legal practice's first commercial drop-in clinic.

Verisona Law is holding the event at the Horizon Leisure Centre in Waterberry Drive, Waterlooville from 11.45am-1.45pm on Wednesday, May 4.

Commercial law specialists will be available to give insight and guidance on any legal issues.

Employment specialist and director Sue Ball said: ‘We participated in local drop-in clinics earlier this year to offer people advice on property and their private affairs, but were surprised by the number of individuals who mentioned their businesses and professional issues.

‘There was clearly demand for a forum where information and guidance on how to tackle commercial issues could be given confidentially and face-to-face, so we decided to offer our expertise in free 20-minute appointments available to anyone in business, regardless of size and sector.’
