DRINK-driver Benjamin Jolley has been fined for driving while more than twice the legal alcohol limit.
The 36-year-old, of Warwick Close, Lee-on-the-Solent, admitted driving a VW Passat on the M27 near Fareham while over the limit on February 25. A test revealed his breath contained 87 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Jolley was banned from driving for 20 months by Fareham magistrates. He was also fined £100 and must pay £85 costs.
