SHOPLIFTER Stewart Broughton stole a trolley full of shopping.

The 46-year-old admitted stealing the groceries, worth £145.58, from Asda in Dock Road, Gosport, on May 23.

He also admitted taking £105.26 goods from Boots in High Street, Gosport, on June 20. Broughton, of Elmore Avenue, Lee-on-the-Solent, was given a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay compensation to Boots.
