A MAN who stole £2,000 worth of Lego has been ordered to pay compensation.

Craig Bradley took the boxes in a string of thefts over five weeks at Asda in Speedfields Park, Fareham between December 16 and February 13.

The 30-year-old was caught after taking £2,034 of Lego in four thefts.

Bradley, of Hewett Close, Fareham, also stole two Panasonic televisions worth £258. Portsmouth magistrates told him to complete 40 hours of unpaid work and pay £2,293.41 in compensation.
