Lifetime ban on speaking to victim
A MAN was handed a suspended sentence after assaulting a woman.
Paul Davis, 38, of Ferrol Road, Gosport, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm on August 25.
He was given four months in prison suspended for a year, and must complete a drug rehabilitation requirement and 50 days of rehabilitation.
Fareham magistrates gave him a restraining order in September banning him from contacting the victim for life.
