Locks Heath driver banned after failing to give breath test

MAGISTRATES have banned a driver who failed to give a breath test.

James Newton, 45, of Warsash Road, Locks Heath, admitted the charge on November 18 last year.

Portsmouth magistrates imposed a community order with 60 hours’ unpaid work.

He has also been ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge.

Magistrates banned Newton from driving for 17 months.
