DRINK-DRIVER Paul Ryder has been banned from the roads.

Ryder, 32, admitted driving a Ford Transit in Stakes Road, Waterlooville, after drinking too much.

A test revealed his breath contained 54 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35mg.

Ryder, of Ireland Way, Waterlooville, was fined £300 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
