Magistrates impose points on licence
A WOMAN has avoided a driving ban.
Aysha Butler, 51, of New Road, Fratton, failed to stop after an accident in George Street. It happened on December 14. Butler also did not have insurance or a licence when she was driving a Peugeot 206.
Portsmouth magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with six points on her licence.
She admitted the three charges.
