Male caught with drugs
A MAN was caught smoking cannabis in Waterlooville earlier this week.
Police were called to Linnet Close at 2.09pm on July 9 after reports of a smell from the garden.
The man admitted to smoking cannabis but wasn’t arrested, police confirmed.
