A MAN has been fined £50 after failing to tell police he had a new home.

Ashley Gray, 33 of Farmside Gardens, Hilsea, was on the sex offenders’ register when he did not tell police he moved home in March.

Portsmouth magistrates fined him £50 with a community order. He must complete 15 days of rehabilitation activities.

Gray must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

He admitted failing to comply with notification requirements.
