A MAN has admitted being drunk and disorderly in public.

Ben Hellyer, 21, of Old Turnpike, Fareham, pleaded guilty to committing the offence in West Street, Fareham, on March 15.

He was given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
