THIEF Drew Clark has been fined.
Clark, 19, of Edinburgh Road, Landport, Portsmouth, admitted stealing a £13 DVD box set from a HMV store in Portsmouth on December 15.
Clark was fined £50 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £50 in court costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
