Police say missing Portsmouth man has been found

ATTACKER Timothy Lister has been fined for assaulting a police officer.

Lister, 23, of Lockyer Street, Plymouth, Devon, pleaded guilty to assaulting the officer in Portsmouth on July 16. He also admitted using threatening behaviour in the city on the same day.

Lister was fined £130 and told to pay £15 into a fund for victims of crime by Portsmouth magistrates.

He was also told to pay £85 in court costs.
