Man and his family are chased through town by teenagers

Police have launched an investigation and are appealing for witnesses after a 45-year-old man and his family were chased through Havant town centre by a group of teenagers.

It followed an altercation outside McDonald’s, in West Street, at around 7pm yesterday.

The man broke his leg while he was being chased near Market Parade.

No-one else was seriously hurt.

A police spokesman said: ‘If you know who any of the teenagers who may have been involved were please call 101 quoting 44160049378.’
