Man arrested after bottles of wine stolen from Southsea Beach Cafe

A man has been arrested on suspicion of breaking into a seafront cafe in Southsea.

Police said they had arrested a 40-year-old after the Southsea Beach Cafe was broken into, and that he has been released on conditional bail until January 15 while inquiries continue.

The cafe was broken into between 1.45am and 2am last Tuesday, and bottles of wine were stolen.

Police have arrested a man after an overnight cafe break-in
