A 21-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm at a Sunday league match.

As reported in The News, Greg Hasluck, 29, from Havant, suffered a broken jaw after an assault took place during a game between Westbourne Club FC and The George Inn FC at Bourne Community College in Southbourne on January 15.

He had to undergo facial surgery at Queen Alexandra Hospital.

A man from Bognor was interviewed by officers and has been released on bail, pending further inquiries. He must return bail on March 12.
