A BOUNCER was assaulted outside a nightclub by a gang.

Hampshire police said the man was punched and kicked to the upper torso and head by a number of people outside Flamingos in Albert Road, Southsea. He suffered neck and shoulder pain and a cut to his upper lip. One man was white, in his 30s, muscular, had short hair, and was wearing white top and blue jeans.

Call PC Lisa Lee at Fratton Police Station on 101 quoting 44150130586. Police have reveled that attack happened on April 19 at 12.20am.

A 33 year-old man from Southsea has been arrested on suspicion of assault and bailed until July 22.
