Man avoids prison after obscene act in front of woman

A MAN has avoided jail after performing an obscene act in front of a woman three times.

Lee Wilcox, 43, of Alahambra Road, Southsea, was found guilty at Portsmouth Crown Court of three charges of exposure.

The 44-year-old has a previous conviction for engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, the court heard.

Sentencing, Recorder Anne Arnold handed him a 24-week prison term suspended for 18 months with 50 days of rehabilitation activities. He must pay £1,500 prosecution costs.

The court heard the businessman still denies the offence.
