Man caught with knife
A MAN caught with a knife has been ordered to pay £20.
Vincent McMahon, 27, of Clarendon Road, Southsea, was caught with the blade on November 6.
He admitted possession of the knife. Portsmouth magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with £20 victim surcharge.
