Man caught with knife in Portsmouth     Â
A MAN caught with a knife has been fined £50.
Daniel West, 31, of Beach Road, Southsea, admitted having the blade in public.
City magistrates ordered him to pay an £170 costs.
He must do 15 rehabilitation days under a community order.
