MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using a mobile phone while driving.

George Kelly pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving a white Ford Transit Tipper in Copnor Road, Portsmouth, on October 15.

He was fined £100 and told to pay £15 into a fund for crime victims.

Kelly must also pay £35 in costs to Hampshire Police Authority.

Three penalty points were added to his driving licence.
