Man charged with grooming

A MAN arrested at a train station has been charged with a grooming offence.

Mark Morgan, 44, from Osier Road, Petersfield, returned bail last month.

Hampshire police said he has been charged with a grooming offence.

A force spokesman said: ‘He has been bailed to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on January 12.’

The man arrested at the train station was detained on October 5, according the police previously.
