Man is fined after attack in Southsea
A MAN was fined for assault.
Sean O’Malley, 24, of Stockheath Way, Havant, admitted assault by beating in Southsea on January 23 of this year.
O’Malley appeared before Fareham Magistrates Court, which imposed a community order with a £100 fine.
He must complete a 32-day relationships course and 25 days of rehabilitation.
O’Malley must pay £160 costs.
Magistrates ordered him not to contact the victim. His plea was taken into account.
