Man is fined £100 by court
A MAN has been fined for assault.
Sean O’Malley, 24, of Stockheath Way, Havant, admitted assault by beating in Southsea on January 23 of this year.
O’Malley appeared at Fareham Magistrates’ Court, which imposed a community order with a £100 fine.
He must complete a 32-day relationships course and 25 days of rehabilitation and pay £160 costs.
Magistrates ordered him not to contact the victim. His plea was taken into account.
