Man fined '¨for assault
MAGISTRATES fined a man who assaulted a woman.
Chris Parr, 48, of Penhale Road, Portsmouth, admitted assault by beating and damaging a vase in Waterlooville on July 8.
He was fined £200 by Portsmouth magistrates.
Parr must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £300 costs.
