Man fined for being drunk
A MAN has admitted being drunk and disorderly.
Zak Goodeve, 23, of St Michaels Place, Waterlooville, was fined £120 for the June 19 offence he committed in Welch Road, Southsea, Portsmouth.
Portsmouth magistrates told him to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
