Man fined for dropping cigarette butt in Portsmouth
A MAN who dropped a cigarette butt was fined £220
Mohammad Amin, 36, of Canal Walk, Portsmouth, admitted depositing the butt in King Henry I Street, Portsmouth, on October 12 last year. Portsmouth magistrates ordered him to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £226 costs.
