Portsmouth’s new top cop will ‘seek out’ criminals causing ‘havoc’ in communities

DRUGS have landed a man with a hefty fine.

Zachary Lines, 20, was caught with MDMA, a class A drug on April 16 in Portsmouth.

Portsmouth magistrates fined him £85.

Lines, of Crofton Road, North End, must also pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

The drugs will be destroyed under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
