Warning over fears stolen vintage signs worth £1,400 could be sold in Portsmouth

A MAN was fined £250 after breaching a restraining order.

Charlie Watts, 20, of High Lawn Way, Havant, admitted the offence in London Road, Portsmouth, between December 12, 2015, and August 24, 2016.

Portsmouth magistrates ordered him to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
