Man fined for PCSO assault
A MAN has been fined after admitting assaulting a PCSO in the execution of her duty.
Dylan Oppitz, 18, of Totton Walk, Havant, was fined £25 for the offence on October 16 last year in Havant.
Portsmouth magistrates ordered him to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £25 prosecution costs.
