A MAN was found with cannabis in his car.
Joseph Ennis, 26, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to possessing the Class B drug after he was stopped by police on January 13 this year in Parkhouse Farm Way, Havant.
Ennis told magistrates he was trying to turn his life around after he was brought up by parents who were heroin addicts.
He said he was shown crime as a way of life.
Two bags of cannabis were seized. Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court heard he paid £85 for each bag. He was fined £50 and told to pay £30 costs and £20 to a victims’ fund.
