MAGISTRATES have banned a man from a pub for using threatening behaviour.

Dean Winter, of Redlands Lane, Fareham, pleaded guilty to committing the public order offence in Fareham on March 25.

The 26-year-old was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 compensation and £85 costs to Hampshire Police Authority by Fareham magistrates.

Winter was also given an exclusion order stating that he must not enter the Brass Monkey pub in West Street, Fareham, for 12 months.
