A MAN has admitted producing cannabis.

Mark Jackson pleaded guilty to growing 18 plants at his home in Winchcombe Road, Paulsgrove.

The 39-year-old was fined £200 by Portsmouth magistrates.

He was also told to pay £15 into a fund for victims of crime and £85 in court costs.

An order was made for the drugs and associated paraphernalia to be destroyed.
