HARASSER Anthony Hatch has been handed a community order after breaching a restraining order.

Hatch, 40, of Florence Road, Southsea, admitted harassing a woman in June and breaching the order by contacting her in July.

He also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge and failing to surrender.

Portsmouth magistrates imposed the community order for rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 20 days.

He must pay £325 in costs and charges.
