Man had cannabis
A MAN has been fined after being caught with cannabis.
Vincent Brigham, 43, of Chichester House, Leigh Park, admitted having the class B drug on September 16 at Portsmouth Central police station. City magistrates fined him £50 with a £30 surcharge. He was fined £50 for not turning up to court.
