A MAN has been arrested after a stabbing.

The victim, a man aged his in early 20s, was found with stab wounds to one of his legs following an assault in Dunsbury Way, Leigh Park.

Police were called out at about 11.50pm yesterday.

A police spokesman said: ‘The injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. A man aged in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. There is no evidence to suggest a wider risk to the community.’
