Man to pay for assault
A MAN has been ordered to pay £150 in compensation after an assault.
Samuel Allen, 26, of Locksway Road, Milton, Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to assault by beating on a man in Portsmouth on November 6 last year.
Portsmouth magistrates ruled he must pay £150 compensation.
The cash will be taken out of his benefits, magistrates ordered.
