Man is seriously hurt in Petersfield street attack
A MAN was left with a serious head injury after being assaulted in the street.
The 37-year-old from Petersfield is recovering at Southampton General Hospital following the attack outside Wilson Hill estate agents in Lavant Street, Petersfield.
The attack happened between midnight and 1am on July 2. Police are now appealing for witnesses.
A 37-year-old Petersfield man arrested in connection with the incident has been released on police bail until July 12.
