Man arrested in Portsmouth explosives probe at Stanhope Road student block is released by police

MAGISTRATES have fined a man for being drunk and disorderly.

Robin Pullen pleaded guilty to committing the offence in Middle Park Way, Havant.

The 43-year-old was fined £50 by Portsmouth magistrates.

Pullen must pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 in court costs.
