MAGISTRATES have ordered a man who stole parcels worth more than £2,000 to do unpaid work.

Kris Perry, of Bath Lane, Fareham, pleaded guilty to stealing the parcels from the Home Delivery Network in the Whiteley area between November and December last year.

Fareham magistrates ordered the 26-year-old to do 150 hours of unpaid work in the next year.

He was also ordered to pay £2,089 compensation to the Home Delivery Network and £85 in court costs.
