Manhunt after children see flasher near Portsmouth park

It happened at the pathway alongside Drayton Park in Portsmouth last Thursday.

Two 11-year-old children told police a man was exposing himself at about 3.45pm.

The man was white, aged between 35 and 40, and had a round stomach and face but was not fat.

He had brown or grey hair over his ears and was clean shaven but had a hairy chest. There have been no similar reports in the area. Call 101 quoting 44150262369.
