TWO men are helping police with their inquiries after racist abuse was reportedly shouted at a Pompey match.

Hampshire police confirmed yesterday that men in a photo released by the force following the September 12 alleged incident have been identified. They have not been arrested.

It comes as a Barnet player was allegedly racially abused from the stands at Fratton Park at the match which Pompey went on to win 3-1.

The club has said it has a zero-tolerance approach towards racism at the ground.
