THESE men are wanted for damaging a shop door in a ‘drunken prank’.

Police say the three men ran at the front doors of a Spar shop in Winston Churchill Avenue, Portsmouth, just after 5am on New Year’s Day, causing the frame to buckle.

Now this CCTV image has been released in the hope of tracking the men down.

PC David Tester said: ‘This may have been a drunken prank in the early hours of New Year’s Day by three men on their way home, but they have in fact caused considerable damage and great inconvenience to staff at the Spar shop.

‘There were a number of people walking home at the same time; I am appealing for witnesses to identify those involved.’

All three offenders were white, clean shaven and in their mid 20s.

The first man is 6ft 3in with dark cropped hair and a receding hairline. He wore a light-coloured shirt, light trousers and shoes.

The second man is 5ft 10in with short dark hair and wore a dark denim shirt, light trousers and white trainers.

The last man is 5ft 8in with brown hair and glasses.

He wore a pullover waterproof jacket, dark trousers and white trainers.
