POLICE believe a missing man who was released from a prison in Cardiff on licence is in Hampshire.

Daniel Michael Collins, 27, has breached the licence conditions since his release and is now required to return to prison.

His last known address was in Cardiff but he is known to have links to Fareham.

Police are appealing to the public for information as to his whereabouts.

Anyone with information should contact Cardiff police on 02920 222 111 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Police have asked Collins to hand himself in at the nearest police station.
