A VULNERABLE man who went missing last night has been found safe and well in Portsmouth, police have confirmed.

Officers, including a police helicopter, scanned parts of Southsea and Eastney, as well, as Anglesea Road, Landport, after the 29-year-old went missing after leaving his home in Cosham.

The alarm was raised by his mother at around 8.30am yesterday after he failed to come home from the night before.
