VOLUNTEERS are being sought to support Hampshire police.

The force has a number of vacancies across its department for people who want to help make a difference to their community.

Roles range from roads policing assistant to dog and search support team and junior police community support officer scheme assistant.

Tasks can vary from organising community meetings to researching crime trends, the force said.
