Motorcyclist killed in crash with car on major Hampshire road '“Â REGIONAL
Police are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a car yesterday.
The grey and red Triumph motorcycle collided with the silver Volkswagen Touran on The Avenue in Southampton, at the junction with Winn Road.
The crash happened just before 5.20pm.
Today Hampshire Constabulary said the rider of the motorcycle, a 45-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His next of kin has been informed.
