DRINK-DRIVER Lee Thompson was caught behind the wheel while twice the legal alcohol limit.

Thompson, 41, of Richlands Road, Fareham, admitted committing the offence in Market Street, car park, Fareham, on April 19.

A test revealed his breath contained 76 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres.

The legal limit is 35mcg.

Thompson was fined £130 and told to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs by Fareham magistrates. He was banned from driving for 18 months.
