DRIVER Ryan Day has been ordered to pay more than £800 after driving without insurance.

Day, 33, was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee when he was caught on April 23 last year.

He was found guilty after he had denied not having third party insurance in place.

Day, of Rosemary Gardens, Whiteley, was told to pay a £600 fine and £150 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Magistrates gave him six points on his licence after he was caught driving in Southampton.
