City carer disgusted after vandals broke into her car and urinated all over the interior – but did not steal anything

A MAN has admitted driving without insurance or a licence.

Tawfia Hoshiari committed the offences while driving a Vauxhall Vectra in Western Road, Fareham, on April 21.

The 27-year-old, of Felicia Close, Gosport, admitted obstructing a police officer in Fareham on the same day.

Hoshiari was given a six-month conditional discharge by Fareham magistrates. Six points were added to his licence.
